One of the main functions of the Port Phillip Pioneers Group is to preserve and transmit stories about our ancestors. These stories can be written – either in a longer version and published in Pioneer Profiles – or shorter pieces often published in our newsletter Pioneer Echo and included in the Member Resources part of our website. But also members can tell their ancestor stories orally via a short audio or video file. Some examples of the sort of story we have in mind, are shown here. See the link at the top of this page for how to become a member.
